Rut Ready Event - With Venture Hunting & Outdoors
With the 2025 fallow deer rut and red roar just around the corner, we teamed with Venture Hunting & Outdoors to bring you, the greater hunting community, an exclusive Roar/Rut Workshop & Film Screening Night at the Springwood megastore in Brisbane. The event took place on Thursday the 13th February from 6–9pm.

The Night
With over 150 eager attendees, and some incredible feedback, the event was definitely a hit. We took great pleasure meeting likeminded individuals in store throughout the day, taking in the incredible store itself and gearing up for the upcoming rut.
When the event kicked off at 6pm we started proceedings by watching an exclusive one hour long, full length feature film from our latest YouTube series "Fallow Frenzy," followed by a live Q&A with an expert panel of hunters from all walks of life. We aimed to provide some tips and tricks on hunting the rut, applications for specific attendee scenarios and more. There was plenty of knowledge passed around and just general banter which was great to be a part of.
Attendees also enjoyed benefits such as limited Venture Hunting & Outdoors Rut Sales & unmissable deals on the night — triple VIP points were applied for all purchases made in-store on the evening, plus pizzas and refreshments ensuring the good times flowed and all were happy!

What's Next
For those that missed the event and didn't secure a spot this time, please note that we intend to do another, even bigger event in the near future. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for that one — we're thinking something similar with a Northern Territory themed movie release featuring banteng, boars and buffalo, followed once again by an immersive Q&A / meet and greet experience!
